In Georgia, and most states, the law says that if you blow, or they do a blood or urine test, and your blood alcohol content is .08 or more, you are considered impaired and the state doesn’t have to prove it. Now let me explain what that means!! You get arrested and charged. But some people in our classes have had much less alcohol, sometimes, none.
